Hawaa Hawaai movie tells the story of Arjun Harishchand Waghmare, a young boy who works at a tea stall but dreams of becoming a speed skater. He gets fascinated by the sport when he sees some children skating at night under the guidance of Aniket Bhargava, a former champion skater who now runs a skating academy. Aniket gets impressed by Arjuns passion and talent and decides to teach him skating. He also helps him overcome the challenges of poverty, malnutrition and lack of education. Arjun proves to be a natural skater and Aniket decides to send him to participate in the district-level skating race. However, on the day of the race, Arjun falls ill and is diagnosed with hepatitis. Aniket takes him to the hospital and learns about his difficult life. He realizes that Arjun and his friends have a big heart and they need to be educated. He tries to help them in every possible way.
Arjun recovers from his illness and resumes his training. Aniket registers him for the state-level skating race from his hometown (Yavatmal district). Arjun remembers his father, who died in an accident, and dedicates his performance to him. He wins the race and becomes a champion skater.
